hi friends....quite silent morning...very few people are posting and majority people are waiting for interviews.... as far as my guess about may 2012,i dont think it will go beyond 2009...i think it should be around dec 15,2009 (if we emphasis on last bulletin otherwise its not easy to predict the VB).....and i dont feel that VB continues to move 2 to 2.5 month everytime due to heavy filing in later half of 2010...

I dont agree with you. Half of 2010 filers does not impact with earlier pd of 2010. As I believe visa numbers should be alloted each month limit basis.

I feel it would be either 22Dec09 or 08Jan2010..It may move up to 6 months. Anything could happen. Just be optimistic and positive..

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

Why you still predicting that 2012 may will be 2009 dec.in my opinion it will be 2010 jan or feb.i think they don't have enough cases for 09 nov and dec.i hope my guess will become right

my friend..my guess is around 15th dec 2009(+ or - week) is due to uscis filings in the month of oct.,nov and dec 2009....and it is the base of my prediction.....and its always better to be realistic....

i never wrote the heavy filing in later half of 2010 will have impact on first half....plz read carefully

i want to say that movement will be slow as we progress to later half of 2010....and 15th dec 2009 is good 9 week move....
