Waiting for my pd to be current for 32 months , finally i got my interview , i was interviewed and now it's 13 days from my interview date but still waiting for my visa , it's very painful

i mean i want to chang my joint sponsor befor my interview?

& what about his income if he is marred & have 2 kids ?? how much his income to be enough???

Hi again. I'm worried about my case. My PD is now current in April Visa bulletin, but we have just sent the ds230 to the nvc. Do you think i will be scheduled an interview right after my case completed at nvc?

You should be able to. I'm just not sure if you have that option once your case reaches a particular stage. A lot of persons were affected by the retrogression so a new had passed. Because of this, 2011 tax returns/tax return transcript (from IRS) had to be submitted or brought with them to their interviews. A few chose to switch joint sponsor so they had to submit the same documents as the previous J sponsor. In terms of income, as long as the J sponsor meets the 125% income requirements for his/her household then they are okay.

Anybody in VJ land please correct me if I'm wrong.

you can change ur joint sopnsor befor ur interview ( i was ask question like this & VJ friends answer me )

if Sponsor's Household Size 4 his income must be over $24000 ( im not sure for that)

any way dont worry every think will be OK

for 4 member of house hold must have the incomne $ 28012 per year if include immigrant it would count 5 for 5 required 33485 us dollar per year

Hia, ncv usually start sendig the intrrview letters by 27th, 28th of each month , if you becom currrent in may vb you will receive your interview letter by that time! You can also call 0016033340700 and talk to the operator but they dont give a exact time of the interview! Just hope we both becom current this month happy nourooz wish u a great year

once your date become current interview will be schedule by nvc the will let you know by email or you caan talk to them by calling nvc but keep remember my all visa journey friend nvc has change their options automatic voice response is no more available you only can contact them Monday to Friday between the hour of 7am to 12 pm accept for federal holidays you have to call the nvc then press then you can talk to them about your case
