your welcome gill81. medical examination report valid original passport and original interview letter are required at the time of interview if all the civil documents has been submitted to nvc if more then 6 month has been passed since you submitted to these documents i think fresh police certificate and latest two passport size photo graph may be ask and as well as most recent year tax returned if its applicable to file after April 15

You are pretty close to be current. If May VB moves at the same pace as April which was 78 days, my friend you will be current in next month PD. Otherwise your will be current for sure in June VB unless there is retrogression which has minimal chances.

Guys!! How are you doing!!

Do not get optimistic that PD will be move to 2010...

I am not lawyer nor working at DOS office.

As you expect less, you get less pain...!!

If you get too much excited then...it will feel like you will fall from mountain!!

Just pray that PD will move to between 1 month and 1.5 month!!

Steve my friend my meaning was not that which you understood i said its quit possible that may would be Jan 01 2010. Miami boy its not excitement these prediction are on the basis of observations and closing monitoring of vb since last one year and the pace of vb is witness of all our prediction still we can say it could be Jan 2010 in next vb
