My lawyer told me that there is a to much applications ahead on 2010pd after jun.and he said that applications to many but workers in NVC and USCIS remains same.so that why its going forward slowly

I can't follow you clearly..You mean there are more applications for F2A specifically after june 2010.Does your lawyer have any basis or official statistics for his prediction?..As per the previous number of applications list that JHP took out from USCIS website..Don't see a huge jump of applications in June for family based applicants.

PD: March 2011

So guys what do you think about 2011 pds when approximately will start? Do you guys think end of this year or no??any idea plz??

we have 65 weeks to enter 2011 priority dates. Here is my prediction based on the current visa bulletin trend. As per JHP statistics, volume of applications are more after june 2010 but we never know how that impacts F2A category. I wish visa bulletin will move at this pace.

6 weeks per bulletin --- March 2013

8 weeks per bulletin --- Dec 2012

10 weeks per bulletin --- Oct 2012

Spouse Priority Date: 10/15/2010

Case Completed: 08/30/2011

Interview Feb 06 2013

hi zubi thanks for reply and valuable information but can you let me know why you fase wavier did you over stay in us if you are not at ap thats good to you once i read your post that they are asking from you a fresh ds 230 it is unusual once the case has been comelted at nvc mean every thing was fine only recent tax year or may be fresh ploice certificate needed by them and as well as latest photograph any way best of luck to you and hope fully you will get your visa soon inshllah. stev from france i would like to clear one the delaye or slow movement of pd is not related to how many worker working in nvc pd is always depend on number of visa avaialabe in particular categray because its a law to follow the per year numrical limit if any year fall on heavey filler it could possibly can slow or stop pd movement because they also categrize per year limit in per month tooo thats why is quit possible that movement could slow after pd july 2010 becuase very high volum of f2a files has been reported in uscis but keep continue hope and lets board on same flight with us of waiting hahaha

F. VISA AVAILABILITY IN THE COMING MONTHS

Family-sponsored: From early 2009 through September 2010, the level of demand for numbers in the Family-sponsored preference categories was very low. As a result, the cut-off dates for most Family preference categories were advanced at a very rapid pace, in an attempt to generate demand so that the annual numerical limits could be fully utilized. As readers were advised in previous Visa Bulletins providing projections of visa availability (e.g., April 2009, January 2010, May 2010, July 2010), such cut-off date advances could not continue indefinitely, and at some point they could slow, stop, or in some cases retrogress.
