I know this question been ask somewhere on here but is it normal not to get touched at all? Thanks

Even though we are far from each other right now I know you are close to me in other ways, you are always here in my heart. You give me reason to look forward to each day,You are my life and a dream come true.there are no words to express how i feel for you.You are the light in my darkness. There could never be words strong enough to express my love for you but I'm going to show it to you everyday as long as i live.I love you with my body, soul and mind.I love you very much baby.Mwaaaaaaaaah!

No that is not normal. You obviously have some sort of hygiene issue.

If you are refering to your petition I wouldn't worry it doesn't mean much. I was touched a few times and never even felt it.

Patients Patients. There is no order to how petitions are approved. Most petitioner receive their NOA2 in 5 - 6 months. You are 3 months in. 2 - 3 to go. Start reviewing the US Embassy Manila packet. Make sure the beneficiary has all documents IDs. Look over the Medical, Review Embassy Interview questions and CFO.

Read over some Manila K-1 stories. Some of this will help pass the time. Other than that.. all you can do is wait.

Good Luck and God Bless!!

Yes! I have seen it written that some case numbers just don't work properly on the USCIS system so I wouldn't be too concerned. There are also examples of members getting their NOA2s in the post (unexpectedly) a week or so after they were approved but the USCIS database hadn't changed from 'initial review'! In fact, one member only mentioned the other day that his status was still in 'initial review' and yet his wife was now a US citizen!

Seriously though it doesn't seem to mean much to get a "touch" as far as I can tell. The USCIS site isn't always accurate as it relates to status updates. Our approved petition was on its way to the consulate and it still had us listed as initial review. And, I'm sure your hygiene is just fine.

Good luck and hang in there!

While you can get through the whole process without your status leaving 'Initial Review'... it seems impossible to stop checking it constantly...

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
