K1's are not tracked through the AVR, ever. They are processed like an immigrant visa, but they are NOT immigrant visas, so they fall into a completely different class of their own. Therefore you need an operator. To

yeah got our NOA1 Aug. 26,2011 it was lil over 6 months for us before we finally got an approval.

hehe i guess so at least its good to know that all of you here wer happy seeing other members getting approved thanks to him anyway... yeah another waiting for the NVC stage and USEM interview date if i did it on the long waiting time to get approved i can wait another months till i can finally be reunited with my loving hubby.
