Dear Petitioner,

We the immigrant visa unit would like you to explain whether the names of the two children you have provided are your biological children?? And do you have any adopted, step-children, foster or otherwise. As soon as we have your response on this, we can proceed further in processing this case.

Yours truly,

Replay of this email to Embassy on 19 Jan 2012

These two children, ............ I have provided the information on are my biological children from my first marriages. I do not have any adopted, step-children, foster or otherwise children.

In addition, my husband does not have any biological, adopted, step-children (other than ......... who are my children) or foster children or otherwise.

February 21, 2011

Consul Officer or To Whom It May Concern, whats going on what do u need ?

My husband, , and I were at the U.S. embassy on December 19, 2011 for our interviews. We have been waiting patiently through this administrative processing. I have returned home to the United States on January 2012 and I am being told by my husband you are still questioning the birth of my biological children. I am concerned that this is just a reason to delay our processing. My daughter born ........... to me under the name of for the emergency c-section. I can send you a picture of the c-section scar if you need it. My son .............. I can send you a picture of the c-section scar if you need it. I do not know what the hold up is. My husband and I have been married 4 years and regardless of the difference in our ages and our education we love each other completely and plan to spend the rest of our lives together and we will not divorce as he was ordered to do when he was taken into the room by two Pakastani men while we spent over 11 hours at the embassy without my medication or food. I was just recently seen in the hospital for my heart condition at US. My primary care doctor is I have seen him 2 times since I have been home and have another appointment. I really am not supposed to be stressed out as it only worsens my condition. However, this situation is causing me pain and anguish due to the fact I am alone and need my husband to be with me. I love him very much and nothing anyone says or does will change this. I can also say for him that he loves me very much and nothing anyone says or does will change that. We will be married to each other for the rest of our lives.. Thank you for your assistance in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

What are the ages of her children? Also I would advise against sending these kinds of emails back to the embassy because ive seen it actually create more issues during the process.

They may just be making sure that the children on file are not yours biologically and making sure their information in the case is correct. AP for Islamabad takes time and you must be patient. I know it is very difficult believe me.. i've been doing this for 8 1/2 months. They didn't deny you they just said they needed more time to complete your case. Just please have faith it will end and when making inquiries please just make a simple request as to where you are in the processing and if they can tell you anything. Also don't email but maybe once per month. Call DOS instead you can call them daily if it makes you feel better but just have faith it will be finished soon.

Stay strong..

YESS Definitely contact your congressman or senator!!!! LOL and i think its pretty obvious these are not your children. But all I can say is expect the unexpected from Islamabad as there is nothing consistent about how they operate and no way to know how two exact cases can be so different with visa issuance.

Im really sorry for such a delay for you... just keep your faith strong and know that in the end your visa will be issued.
