Hi all~~

I filed mine on 7/21/2011

got my biometric appointment notice on 7/29/2011(I-797, Notice of Action) (ASC Appointment Notice)

and biometrics done on 8/26/2011

My Temp Green Card Expired on 9/15/2011

and My NJ Drivers License Expired on 12/15/2011

So~~~~!!!! Frustrated !!!

Any good news ???

ps. does anyone know if i can still bring my i-797, Notice of Action Letter with Biometric stamp on it??

or do I have to wait until other i-797, Notice of Action with approval Notice.... Is there a such a thing????

please help.....

I don't quite follow you. Whats your question?

Your Notice of action in itself is your Green Card extension for another year. VSC is still behind, and most of us who filed in July are still waiting to hear any news. Be patient and you'll hear from them.

The 1 year extension letter.... I never received it... or misplaced it......

does "i-797, Notice of action" letter with Biometric appointment..and the stamp on it... will work as a approval letter?

Based on the description below It is a Approved Letter code since there is No A,B,C,and D's on the back of 797...... or....

I need to renew my Driver's License.... but they don't take my i-797... and i need help.....
