I know "the truth" is what we are supposed to say.. but what exactly. I am paranoid I have planned our wedding [family flying from out of state, food, venue, reception venue etc] to the last detail and that upon POE he will be denied for saying he's getting married.

I know it's perfectly legal for him to come here on the visa waiver program to get married with the intent of leaving then for us to apply for the CR1 [our plan] ... but what should he say exactly and what supporting proof is strong enough to not be denied to show the POE person who will be approving him.

I live in Texas, his normal POE is in Houston.. and he's never had a problem.. but are there any POE's that you guys suggest that are way more laid back?

I am getting so nervous about him being denied entry and then this entire wedding we have planned won't be able to happen, I won't get to marry the love of my life, and I'll be so sad.

Thank you guys for your help and words of encouragement.

A truthful generic reason for visit is appropriate. No need to mention any specific agenda items for the visit, even if one of them is your own wedding. If he has come and gone before, no reason to really use any different answers to questions than the ones he's used before.

Awesome. That is basically what I wanted him to do. He rides BMX and is a pro BMX rider, and that is how we met here to begin with. He has always said that he is here to visit friends and ride BMX and never gets hassled... even tho he is completely covered in tattoos haha.

Thank you so much for your advice.

IMO, that answer is unnecessarily specific and can be interpreted to indicate immigrant intent. More generic, yet truthful, is a better choice.
