Hubby and I realized when we moved in that the garbage disposal in the sink didn't seem to be working.... I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible so they wouldn't think we broke it....

The management company called on Monday and said the repair man would be there on Tuesday to fix it.... I waited all day for him to come but he didn't show up.... when hubby came home he said the guy had called his cell phone saying he would be there today in the morning to fix it... Guess what?...it is now almost 4pm and he still hasn't shown up... :angry:

I couldn't go anywhere anyways because I don't have a car right now but it makes me mad that if I did have to go out I wouldn't have been able to...

When we moved in the manager said that if they send a repairman to fix something and no one is home they will charge us 50 bucks :o

I do have to go out tomorrow for a doctor's appointment... so I am not sure what is going to happen :unsure:

I am just soo ticked right now..... :angry:

at least my father in law had the decency to show up when he said he would to take a look at hubby's car... :thumbs:

Service Economy with no service. These plumbers have got it freaking made.

I am not sure he is even a plumber exactly... he is the handy man that works for the management company :P

That would be a good idea, maybe they could learn something from you about calling. Still you can not put yourslef on hold because they do not show up when they say they will. Maybe you could charge them $50.00. For your time, would'nt that be nice.

yeah, I was thinking that... :whistle:

They have my home number so I am not sure why they call my hubby's cell number....

I think part of the problem is that I told the manager when we moved in that I am home most of the time and she was very happy about that but I also did tell her that I do go out sometimes...

ok, but he got my hubby's voicemail... why wouldn't he have tried the home number? :unsure:

oh well, I don't think he is coming today.... will just have to give the manager a call....

I would but I am not that kind of person :blush:

well, the guy has to come back to tomorrow and replace a part... I told him I wouldn't be home in the morning so he said he would come back around the same time....

it should be interesting next week Tuesday when he is supposed to come back to put blinds on the windows upstairs :unsure:

they were in such a hurry to move someone in that they didn't take the time to see if everything was working and done.... before we moved in we noticed that the stove wasn't working either but that might have been the breaker, they never told us :P but it was working once we moved in.... I forgot to tell them about the garbage disposal when I told them about the stove...
