Hello all, Here is my i-130 packet as of right now. Not 100% done. I will translate items 8 & 9. I will use copy of my passport for 7. For item 10, I am going to use affidavits (Me, my dad, my wife, my cousin).

I have no clue for item 10  We've never lived together. I will include my affidavit, my dads affidavit, and passport stamps, and photos. Any other ideas (i know this has been asked 1 million times)

1. Completed and signed form I-130

2. photograph (petitioner)

3. photograph (beneficiary)

4. Check for I-130 filing fee - $420

5. Completed and signed form G-325A - petitioner

6. Completed and signed form G-325A - beneficiary

7. Copy of my U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship OR Copy of my naturalization certificate to prove U.S citizenship

8. Copy of our marriage certificate

9. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate

10. Copies of affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of our marriage

11. Evidence of marriage

almost there!

You don't need the beneficiary's birth certificate for the I-130. This you will send out later in the process. I think your affidavits are good for both 10 and 11. Saludos.

7. Copy of my U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship OR Copy of my naturalization certificate to prove U.S citizenship

Select one or the other.

9. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate

As I told you in another thread, this is NOT NEEDED at this point. As I also said previously, the NVC will still request the birth certificate of the beneficiary so including it now only junks up your file. I'm all for frontloading a petition but including items that are truly not necessary needlessly junks up the file.

For pictures, do they need to be time stamped? you can pretty much take any picture and say it was x/x/xx. how do you go about including such items? For example, can i use facebook posts? facebook messages? Cards?

I would add G-1145.

The photographs need to be passport photos. Pictures as evidence can be anything. Should have many with more people than just you two.

10. Evidence --- anything i can think of.

If you mean your ID-style photos, these need to be in passport format. So you get that at a photo studio.

As for photos as evidences of relationship: One way to get pictures date-stamped is to use digital photos and then print them with your digital camera software. Tweak the settings to include the date and time of the file (when the photo was taken) and print them individually or in batches.

It would help even more if there were indications in the pictures of when they were taken, like maybe a newspaper headline in the background, or a holiday celebration.

If you mean photo greeting cards, or just any greeting cards you sent each other, sure you can. Handwritten greeting cards would be in the same group as letters.

We didn't use photographic evidences at the I-130 petition stage. Saved those for the interview.
