Hello vjers,

I have a couple of questions,

I've been married for over a month now and have not filed for my AOS yet due some issues regarding our co-sponsor (which has been resolved.) We will be sending out the AOS application on Monday next week. My i-94 expires in March 10th, that's not this saturday but the next Saturday. Is it too late for me to apply? All I knew was that we had to be married within 90 days of Entry, which we've done.

Also, where do we send out the application to? The Vermont office? (We're in Greenwich CT) or do we send this out to another office? As for the fee's, to whom is it made out to and do we make a check out to the full amount of all the forms submitted.

Thanks in advance for the help.

AOS is not sent to VSC or CSC - please read the instructions. The fee and the recipient is also clearly listed in the instructions

You can file AOS whenever you want - even if the I-94 is expired. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=3faf2c1a6855d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD
