Hello Fellow Members,

It's been a long time since i've done checking case status online (ROC time).

10 days ago i sent my N-400 application and i already received an email, text and letter in the mail from the USCIS telling me that my application is in process.

Now my questions are:

1. How would i check the status of my case online? Is it too early to check?

2. What is the best way to study for the citizenship test? anybody can share?

Thanks for all ur support.

study from their website.

i made a test on word and printed out answer sheets so i can test myself. But they also have flash cards and MP3 audio stuff as well as an online test.

Preparations for the citizenship test should begin as early as possible, say from the time you decide to file in your citizenship application. There are so many resources in the form of books, DVDs (like this one - http://www.uscitizenship.info/us-citizenship/test-interview-dvd.jsp)that are extremely helpful in this preparation process. You can take many sample tests so that you get an idea of where you stand.

At biometrics they provide a booklet of the questions and a DVD or CD I believe - just wait on those (or use their website and print out the study materials) then you know you have the right information.

If you speak and read english already, you'll be fine for that portion. You'll also find out there are some questions you already knwo the answers to so that will reduce the list as well. It's not that hard and it's not as if you need to study nightly for 5 months.
