It's true AVR is gone.I found out yesterday when I called.now you only have the option to choose English or Spanish option then wait to be connected to an operator. Sucks if you ask me..sometimes I dnt feel like waiting to talk to anyone..oh well..

9/1/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

9/2/11 - Arrived in Chicago Lockbox

9/6/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to California Service Center)

9/9/11 - NOA1 Hardcopy in mail

9/9/11 - Check cashed .... and the wait Begin

2/10/12 - NOA2...no whammies, pleaase, email only, no txt

2/12/12 - mother in law past.... She was an angel

2/12/12 - NOA2 Hardcopy in mail

2/13/12 - NVC rec' case ! No expedite, but I worked a few nervIes...

NVC STAGE: .......days from case # to case complete

2/13/12: NVC received case (information only given on 02/13)

2/23/12: case number and IIN assigned - gave email info to operator

2/24/12 :Paid AOS fee and DS3032 sent by email (auto response received immediately)

2/27/12: AOS fee PAID on payment portal, Fee was withdrawn from Bank Account. So,is PAID :-)

2/27/12: mailed AOS (USPS Express mail) & was told the NVC accepted the Choice of Agent but havent heard or saw anything different

2/27/12: Choice of agent accepted

2/28/12: IV fee invoice received by email

2/28/12: Paid IV fee

2/29/12: IV fee PAID on payment portal

2/29/12: IV package sent

3/12/12: IV package reviewed and accepted. AOS package not Recv'd

3/14/12: Case complete!

4/06/12 : Interview Date Scheduled for 05/31/12!

Yes and I get that. Thanks! but shouldn't at least some information be already in there such the applicant's name at least. I'm just going by what my friend's used to look like. It would already have all her information entered but under the Status it would say "NOT INVOICED"

Mine was completely blank too, no name, no nothing. Don't worry, it'll be ready to pay today or tomorrow.

AOS package currently been reviewed ... crossing fingers for NO RFEs! :star:

Yeah, I called first thing this morning. Very nice lady, but told me to "give them some time." No set number of days. That's OK. I'll call again this evening, and be hopeful! All we can do is be hopeful and keep moving forward, right? When did you call?

I called today as well. At least this lady did not tell me to call back in 20 days! She said I should give them a few days to get the case in the system. So I say we should have our numbers by Friday....but of course we'll still be calling ever few hours until then! :whistle:

Exactly! I've been calling first thing in the morning in case anything updated overnight, and then again by 7 PM, just to give them a day to get things in the system if needed. Really hoping we start hearing more soon, so we can get moving :)

I'm gonna call them at 7/8 pm.YOU should get the case no before us becoz u got ur NOA2 at feb 27th and i got at 1st march
