can anyone tell me plz what to put on I864Ez form, My annual income is currently,------.Should i put the numbers from 2011 tax transcript OR the round number from employment letter.

I did send them an email requesting to correct a mistake on my info on Monday 3/5 at 5:46 PM and I got a reply last night 3/8 at about 10:20 PM. So your calculations are right about 4 to 5 days to answer an email. Crazy!

We sent an email on Friday afternoon March 2 to correct the case number, received email response early morning on Tuesday March 6 with everything fixed. Took 2 business days. In the meantime we also called them about 10 times. We got lucky or maybe the calls made a difference, dont know, just saying.

What you make every month multiplied by 12, or your salary if you make one.

annual income is CURRENT.

Prior Year is Prior year, even 2011 .

in essence, for annual income - it's an estimation of WHAT you will earn, all 365 days of this year,

and

NOT from Jan 1 to 9 March, 2012.

Q's guys: How is NVC during weekends? do we get Invoices billed, status updates on the weekends?

Nope, no progress on the weekend. Like foobaz said, they're government employees You MAY get an email since they're generated ahead of time. This happened to me with the interview letter. Got my interview date on Friday, but only received the interview letter Saturday morning at 6am. I highly doubt they work that early and on a Saturday!

I have a question, I was given our NVC case # yesterday and I was able to log into https://ceac.state.g...spx?node=Signin website. I know the process fees have not been created yet, so that was no surprise.

However, I tried to login today to check again and received this message -

"This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

So I called NVC and spoke with agent, they told me nothing has been processed yet and to ignore that message I received on the website.

I was just wondering if other people have gotten this message before??? I'm just a little freaked out at the moment.

I answered you by PM already (sorry I was a little late, I do have a part-time job after all ). But like others said, use the amount in your employment letter as you need your current, 2012, amount.

Tax transcript or W-2. If they happen to disagree, the transcript or W2 wins.

Edit: Sorry, I thought you were speaking of the bit in question 19 were you're speaking of previous years. If the current, then put what the employment letter says.

In our i-130 we added address #a for beneficiary.

And also in Beneficiary's g-325a, we added two addresses, both XYZ years to Present. Present on both addresses (diff state)

Q's 1) in DS-230, #30. Would it be a problem if we do the same again?

listing both addresses as present because they are valid addresses and beneficiary does live in both addresses frequently.

I read the RFE msg thread where many have gotten RFE on this question.

Q's 2) How will we, especially the the Beneficiary get contacted regarding the Interview scheduling, Medical etc?

Will the US Embassy send letter to the beneficiary? to the address provided in the DS-230 #30? or will they Contact the Petitioner on where to send the letter to regarding interview, medical etc....

If the beneficiary does indeed live at two addresses, then include them on the DS-230, writing the date of starting to live there to "present". Make a note in the cover letter about the beneficiary living at two addresses. It should be fine.

Remember, if email addresses are given over to an operator, there is NO snail mail correspondence. NVC will email everything (including the interview letter). There is no "medical letter".

I want to run this by you..

We set up EP and got an email back confirming we are good to go for ep.

As you can see on my TL we got our NOA1 and 2 very quick, and got our case number and stuff at the beginning of the year.

Not wanting to go to MTL in the winter we have waited until last weekend to do our 230's...My wife has yet to do the I-864, but we are going to try and send it out this weekend.

My question is...Our marriage cert. is very large and has been difficult to get a decent photocopy. We are wondering if we can just mail everything in via snail mail even though we have already filed for EP? If so we are just going to put everything together and mail it all in.
