Hey guys - if anyone tracked their post to NVC and got a "notice left (business closed)" message don't worry. My husband called NVC who were pretty disinterested, but then called USPS who were super helpful. NVC don't arrange for redelivery but USPS automatically redelivers everything to NVC anyway. They said they are hoping to redeliver everything today (and they get 1000-5000 bits of mail for NVC every day!). So don't worry!

Good news they are open today....bad news they didn't start reviewing my AOS package :angry: ....

I think calling in the afternoon will have more benefit then the morning, I usually get more info after 6pm, after full day of work and outcomes.

Your I-130 was approved in 196 days from your NOA1 date

02/13/2012---- NVC Received (3 days after NOA2 approval)
03/09/2012---- NVC Case Completed
NVC Journey 29 days

Interview
04/09/2012---- Interview assigned 17 MAY2012 (30 days after NVC CC)

04/11/2012---- Visa issued and Passport stamped received ( US Consulate Casablanca, Morocco)

POE

05/14/2012---YAY!!

......2 years - 90 days later....

Was the money taken out of the bank account?

It was Correct, but i do not know what happened. The operator told us we can mail it using money order at this following address

Yes. Takes a week or two, since you have to mail, then they have to manually process it.

It is not that i have to mail it, as i asked the guy if there wasn t aother payment method so he gave me the address above. I will use my wife's sister account instead, i do not know what is wrong with hers ( my wife ). I used her sister's account to make the AOS payment ( 88 dollars ) it went through without problems. I think i will proceed the same way. But what i do not understand tuesday and wednesday we both called NVC and they told her the money was cleared when we contact the bank they said there was no transaction of withdraw on her account. I will have her called the bank again this morning before taking other actions

Day 3 of nothing. In the AM i got the database error and now I am getting this:

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

I just want to pay everything and get hubby here with me ASAP! I am so frustrated that I have not been able to do anything in the past 3 days :crying:

29February2012 - AOS Fee shows paid, AOS Package sent in

5March2012 - IV Fee shows paid (paid on 3March), IV (DS-230) Package sent in

6March2012 - AOS Rejected due to minor error, corrected version emailed in

8March2012 - Email received indicating AOS correction and DS-230 review in process

9March2012 - Case Complete Email - END NVC PROCESS
