Thank you Saylin, i'll call tonight.

Q's,

1) In the ds-3032 email template, the names are written as LAST FIRST MI

is this okay? i mean will they know that it is written this way and not make mistake?

2) Also, it says "CIS Case Number", shouldn't it be "Receipt Number"?

I may be being over cautions...idk

1. Hmm, if I had to send the DS-3032, I'd probably write: "Full name: FIRST MIDDLE LAST"

2. CIS case number is the USCIS receipt number you got. You also include the NVC case number.

And the master spreadsheet in mention can be found in my signature. I've been keeping a log of IR-1/CR-1 applicants going through NVC and how long they spend in it.

In all formal forms when you write: NAME1 NAME2 ( means 1st name and last name) - NAME2, NAME1 ( means last name, 1st name). Plus they have your file already when they pulled the WAC#

2) Also, it says "CIS Case Number", shouldn't it be "Receipt Number"?

CIS# is the WAC# ( if you went through Cali center.

I may be being over cautions...idk  - within this phase you will NEVER be cautious enough.

Someone please explain to me about this Master spreadsheet or point me to the right direction -

in order to be added to Salyin's list, you have to tell us 1 jokes and 65% of March filers should vote "Funny" to be eligible.

If you sent it another way, it's fine. They'll know which is your first, middle, and last name from the forms they got from USCIS.

keeping my fingers crossed  I wish an Admin would correct this in the DS-3032 email template to show "FIRST MI LAST"

and replace CIS "Case" Number to CIS Receipt Number, because thats what NVC people call it and thats what it states in the NOA2 letter.

also i copied your Sig format
