you should see it today about 4:30, that's when I got mine and the emails as well. If you get the email you know it has been invoiced.

USCIS: 161 Days NOA1 to NOA2

9/1/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

9/2/11 - Arrived in Chicago Lockbox

9/6/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to California Service Center)

9/9/11 - NOA1 Hardcopy in mail

9/9/11 - Check cashed .... and the wait Begin

2/10/12 - NOA2...no whammies, pleaase, email only, no txt

2/12/12 - mother in law past.... She was an angel

2/12/12 - NOA2 Hardcopy in mail

2/13/12 - NVC rec' case ! No expedite, but I worked a few nervIes...

NVC STAGE: .......days from case # to case complete

2/13/12: NVC received case (information only given on 02/13)

2/23/12: case number and IIN assigned - gave email info to operator

2/24/12 :Paid AOS fee and DS3032 sent by email (auto response received immediately)

2/27/12: AOS fee PAID on payment portal, Fee was withdrawn from Bank Account. So,is PAID :-)

2/27/12: mailed AOS (USPS Express mail) & was told the NVC accepted the Choice of Agent but havent heard or saw anything different

2/27/12: Choice of agent accepted

2/28/12: IV fee invoice received by email

2/28/12: Paid IV fee

2/29/12: IV fee PAID on payment portal

2/29/12: IV package sent

3/12/12: IV package reviewed and accepted. AOS package not Recv'd

3/14/12: Case complete!

4/06/12 : Interview Date Scheduled for 05/31/12!

4/09/12: Case file sent to Dakar

5/18/12: medical

5/31/12: interview , ap asking for joint sponsor

6/12/12: APPROVED!!!!

6/14/12 : pick up visa!!!

Currently : waiting to pick up visa

P.O.E. :

6/15/12:JFK to ATL

6/16/12 : MEM to ME !!!

Saylin, I emailed the NVC DS 3032 on the 4th of april and got an auto acknowledge right away that an email received and it will be answered in order it was received.

Just wondering how much time it takes for them to get to it.

And they received the AOS package on April 5th at 11 am. By when does it get reviewed and accepted. ty

hi guys, anyone here had their NOA2 recently that can tell me how long until you got an NVC case number? I just found out NVC has my package from USCIS is in the mailroom. Curious how long it'll take for them to enter it in their system and generate a case number.

hi guys, anyone here had their NOA2 recently that can tell me how long until you got an NVC case number? I just found out NVC has my package from USCIS is in the mailroom. Curious how long it'll take for them to enter it in their system and generate a case number.

It was about 10 days from the time NVC got my case, that I got a number. It's sometimes faster. Just keep calling everyday!

USCIS- 260 Days

6/8/11~ Mailed I-130 Application, withdrew Canadian PR application
6/16/11~ NOA1 email and text message Case routed to CSC (Priority Date)
7/12/11~ The 'Money Order' Incident/Returned to Tennessee
8/03/11~ TOUCHED!
3/2/12~ APPROVED! NOA2!

NVC Electronic Processing- Montreal- 19 Days

3/21/12~ Received case number & IIN 20 Days after NOA2
3/21/12~ Sent in opt-in email
3/22/12~ Opt-in accepted
3/23/12~ DS-261 Submitted, never accepted
3/29/12~ AOS bill invoiced and paid

Lately, it's been taking about 3 weeks from NOA2 to get a case number assigned. You should check out my spreadsheet linked in my signature. It tracks NVC cases. There's a few people ahead of you, but you should be getting yours soon, probably in two weeks.

ok, thanks Saylin and sheeshkabelle... guess i'll just have to be a little more patient then. I don't enjoy calling NVC everyday and getting a live operator who scolds me each time for not waiting up to 20 days! Very impressive spreadsheet btw, Saylin! :)

The evening shift people are friendlier than the morning people!

There's quite a few cranky reps at NVC.
