Earlier, i checked the AOS fee online and states "not invoiced", when i cheked it again this afternoon, the information about the petitioner and the line that states "not invoiced" under AOS fee section are missing. On IV fee section, the beneficiary's info and line that states "not invoiced" are still visible. Has anyone experienced this? I just need to pay the AOS fee.I attacehed a photo of it, deleting the case number and the beneficiary's info. Thanks.

Because you are using Firefox. The page will not load properly on any other browser but Internet Explorer. You have to use IE to see and pay your invoices, or it won't work.

Hi everyone

My case was completed on Feb 23/2012. I am still wating for interview at montreal counslate . I was wondering if there is any member here after or just before this date who already got an interview.

Thank you so much for reply. Yeah you are right-- it is a employment based but still green card under eb2. I dont know what crieteria they use to set up a date for interview. When i call them they tell me the same thing though--to call back in second week of april. So I dont know if they set up appoinment for marriage based / work base green card at same time or not

Anyhow can you please direct me to those forms????

Thanks for your help

Well, you're applying for a different visa than what this thread is meant for. Is there a priority date you have to meet or something? I'm not familiar with your visa, so I have no idea.

Work visa forum here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/141-work-visas/

Well said! No offence to anyone in the April thread... but the NVC content is lost in nonesense, March is much better with minimal OT chit chat :-)

Now back to the thread... the NVC are really going to make me wait till after the 2nd week of april for an interview date, or so it seems :-(

You obviously missed the copious amounts of posts talking about food and such. This March thread was way more OT than April is...

Saylin,

I got my AOS invoice today can i wait to get the IV invoice before paying or do i need to pay AOS 1st before the IV is generated? I asked in the April thread but my question got lost in the masses.

I got this too yesterday and by today i received the invoice. so by tomorrow you should get your AOS invoice.

AOS and IV are independent tracks, so you can pay whichever bill you want first, and you can send whichever package you want first.

My husband tries to pay the fees online a lot of times but always errors. We chose the amount, then click Pay the fee, after that, the amount appears 0.00. It happens that way all the time. We asked our attorney to pay for us since we see that Attorney can pay the fee, but he denied to do so. Since I have attorney, I don't need form DS-3032 to choose Third-party Agent. Besides Attorney and Petitioner, Third-party agent can pay the fees. Can I submit form DS-3032 to NVC now to choose my husband's friend as our Third-party Agent so that his friend can pay for us? Or any other ways that we can pay online? My attorney said that if someone else other than petitioner pays the fees, NVC will think that it's a fraud marriage, is that true? I really don't know why my attorney doesn't wanna pay for us.

In worst case, we will pay via mail. After my husband mails the checks and fee bill invoices to NVC, NVC will mail him the receipts with coversheet barcode right? And how long does it take them to mail him those receipts? And we have to wait for them to mail back receipts with barcode to put them in the packages to send to NVC right?

Thanks for your help.

Ok, what was the amount before submitting? are you using a US based account? are the funds sufficient to pay? Amount appearing @ 0.00 is either the payment went through and it is under "IN PROCESS" status or it didn't invoice yet? what kind of error message did you get?

For better help please move to the NVC April thread.

You are sure you are using Internet Explorer?

Not chrome, not firefox, not safari, Internet Explorer. If you use any other web browser there's issues paying the invoices, from invoices not showing up, to payments being rejected.

I think this thread is more helpful as you can ask questions and get quick answers and they don't get drowned in a see of off-topic posts which makes finding your answers really hard.

I agree with you... the March thread is less OT now... lol... back when it was active more, it was like april and even worse as saylin mentioned...

Hmm, I'm not sure. I've not encountered a name change like that. Well, you can always include a copy in the IV package, can't hurt. Just have a little paragraph on the cover letter mentioning his name change.

I got email auto response after i sent the DS-3032: Choice of Address and Agent. Is this the email that says they received it? Thanks

An auto response is just that, an AUTOMATIC response. What you want is the email from NVC saying they either accepted or rejected it.
