That happens with every monthly thread. Usually takes a week or so for it to completely die down, with a random post every now and then.

Hi Saylin, Got a question. I got the AOS bill invoiced and we paid it and it shows paid on the website. We wanna mail the AoS package but when we asked at NVC the lady goes u need to send the DS 3032 form first that they will email me, i gotta sign it and then scan it and send it back via email. But its been 2 days they have been saying that u should get the email today. What should I do ? should I just email like the ds 3032 template without the scanned signature or wait another day for their email to arrive. ty

Okay, that operator has NO idea what they're talking about whatsoever. The DS-3032 is part of the IV track. And both the tracks run parallel and independently of one another.

If your AOS is showing as paid, then send the AOS package! Make sure you have everything that's needed included!

And if you haven't emailed the DS-3032 (following the template that I linked to in the first post), then do it ASAP!! The way they're suggesting is not needed. You simply fill out some data in the body of the email and send that off. No printing, signing, scanning needed.

i got my case number and IIN but when i signed in it says "not invoiced", what does it mean? Thanks

If u just got the case no. and IIN it could be that they are putting ur info in the system. Keep checking and u should have the AOS bill within a day. In my case I had the bill already invoiced. Just keep checking.

Situation: my ( the petitionier) Divorce was finalized 2 months before i got married (to the benificiary). Yeah i know the embassy gonna rip us appart with this one.

Question: Should i send NVC my only original Divorce Deree (which i have ready in my packet to be sent) Or should i get certified copied for the court?
