IV Bill now shows paid!!! Will have to wait until next week to send IV packet though :bonk: . Waiting on one document!!! So NVC gets a break from me for a few days!!!

Grats!

Flying standby is really cheap, but you have to be really flexible with your schedule.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind being on standby for my June visit, but the main purpose of me going is for my uncle and aunt's wedding on June 2. So, no standby for me laughing.gif

 Alright moving on.

I would just like to tell everyone How much I love Panera Bread! Not only is their food delicious, but they have by far the best rewards program. I went in today and I had a free smoothie as part of my rewards. And now after todays meal I found out I get a free pastry next time. Everytime you go you are excited to find out hey have I won any free food today! What other food place does something like this?

No Panera Bread here in town.

There's a Pizza Ranch here that has a rewards system. You get points for each meal, and once you reach a certain level, you get free pizza :)

IV bill for my wife is now showing paid.

Still waiting for the IV invoice for my step-daughter, expecting it sometime today.

I will most likely be sending the DS-230 and supporting documentation for both cases on Friday or Saturday so hopefully we will have case complete sometime next week.

If you can get the documents sent real soon, it's quite possible to have a CC by the end of next week yes.gif

I want this so called number as well laughing.gif I'm trying to find a cheap flight for the first week of June, but prices are currently at $800+ headbonk.gif

800??? I would be so lucky!! When I wanna fly really cheap I end up on around 1000 dollars, and then my layover ususally is in Chicago and I'll be stuck there for about 6-8 hrs!:blink:

That's another reason I want a CC asap and a interview date so I know when to start look for flights. I was looking for flights during the first week of july, and when we go over this time my hubby gotta come and get us cause not only will I have my 6 year old but also a 2 month old with me! But I did find some pretty okey ones, only one stop in Frankfurt and then straight to Anchorage. If I were to book them now we would end up on 3000 dollars, I don't even wanna know how much they will be closer to summer :bonk::bonk::bonk:

Panera doesn't have reward points or anything. They just randomly reward you sometime when you visit. It is often enough and the surprise factor is what makes it so great. It is only little things and not really the full meal but it feels nice to go there and they swipe your card and tell you that you can get a free pastry today or somethign to that effect.

Whenever I have had the need to travel and the flights were too expensive I just drove in my car. Now I make those trips in 7.5 hours only stopping once to fill up gas. But I have 3 Airports near me with flights to Toronto so there is always plenty of options when it comes to flights.

Driving really isn't an option for me for my upcoming trip as it takes about 30 hours to get from here to Montreal. And I only have one week off from work. I'd spend most of that week driving headbonk.giflaughing.gif

Well, according to Delta's site, I'd need 25,000 miles, plus $70 to get from an airport in a city 2 hours from me to get to Montreal. I'd prefer to fly out of the airport here in town, but it's tiny, so it'll cost more.

And I only joined Delta's membership when I met my husband I believe. It might have been earlier, but either way, I've only had about 4-5 flights and gotten that much. Just wish I had a couple thousand more so I could fly to Canada and back for free laughing.gif
