I just can t wait to have that CC. They put my wife under High risk pregnancy she has an appoibntment with her doctor next wednesday. We will finally submit expedite document to nvc so they can schedule us a fast interview date

Still no interview ...NVC keeps saying they are doing it in two weeks,but for now awaiting for the Embassy to schedule...Embassy says theya are awaiting for the package from NVC ,so they can schedule...Both getting on my nerves...

I think that Embassies sent out their visa type schedule to the NVC and NVC fill out the spots given for every days of the month. I don't see why they won't fill out couple months ahead and set interviews. Other VJ members are still waiting as well, from different countries, hence my believe that NVC is backed up with files as well as it's a NVC processing lag rather than a specific Embassy tied schedule. After they decide to set an interview they send the total package to the Embassy. Meanwhile, guess who's boiling from the inside!!?? :ranting: -

Thought 6 months waiting at USCIS would toughen my skin, but this is worst!

Yeah I don't get it. And most Embassies have the same schedule every month of when they do interviews so I don't know why they can't plan ahead. The operator I talked to said they tried to schedule my husband's interview but Asuncion was all full already...?? So I don't know that NVC is backed up so much as certain Embassies. Either way, it's extremely frustrating!! :ranting:

Hello, I received my NOA2 approval letter and trying to receive my Case Number from the NVC. One thing I am not sure about is whether to send in only the DS-3032 as an attachment by e mail and the I-864 and IV package by mail or send everything by e mail. I thank you for your advice which is invaluable.

The first two posts on the thread have a lot of info and FAQs. There is a template for sending the DS-3032 by email, you do not need to attach the form. There is also a link there for country specific information.

You can not e-mail your AOS and IV packages because your country is not eligible for electronic processing. You will have to send it by Fed-ex/UPS/DHL.

It takes about 20 days from NOA2 date to having a case number. After a week of receiving your NOA2 start calling NVC and asking. Some people get them really fast, others have to wait a while.

USCIS- 260 Days

6/16/11~ NOA1 email and text message Case routed to CSC (Priority Date)

It can take a day or two before it will say paid, nothing to worry about

Wait for today to see if it will not be turned into " paid" i see your payment was made yesterday. Even though incorrect information was put while making the payment, it will first turn into " paid" and later it will show" Rejected"

Do you mean you don't see the payment as pending from your bank? or on the payment portal?

If the incorrect bank information was put in, you'd see a rejection in a couple days instead of seeing PAID.

For haiti, i see people got interview date 2, 3 or 4 months after a CC. I am confident i will have my after 2 months
