So yesterday the choice of agent email was accepted for my wife, but not my step-daughter. I had sent one email for both. So I sent another email yesterday for my step-daughter and they already accepted it. Took 6 days for the first and only 1 for this. I also sent the DS-3032 via overnight courier, but that will turn out to be a waste of $18.95.

Now i'm just waiting to get invoiced for both cases and will almost be done with the NVC!

make sure that everything is ready to go, don't wait to fill out your DS-230 and AOS packages, start getting all the documents ready, so that when you are invoiced, you are ready to go!

I have been assembling the packages, just need to look for a way to proof my assets, in this case, the value of my house minus the mortgage.

I assume 2 estimations of the house done by realtors will be sufficient?

for the IRS transcriptions, we have just filed them so I will be sending out a copy of the actual form 1040 & 2555 instead of the transcriptions.

hmmm.. that might work.. The instructions only say a fair market appraisal minus any mortgages. It doesn't say who has to appraise it.

Keep in mind, if sending tax returns instead of tax transcripts, then you have to include W2s as well as ALL schedules and worksheets.
