Wow, that's impressive! Bookmarking that URL in case I need to share it with anyone here!

One more thing that came up with that PDF editor: if you need to undo a change you just made, hit "Del" at the top of the screen. It's in a little box just above your document. That's the equivalent of the "undo" button :)

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!

05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

One thing I noticed, a lot of people post NVC related questions outside of this thread. Should they be coming here and asking or should they stay where they are? My question being is it better to create new threads when you have a question? I find coming here and asking a question to be much better answered.

If it's a simple question, people should be posting in here, so as not clog up the forum with threads with the SAME question. Every day I see new threads all asking questions that can be found in here or in previously posted threads. I want to pull my hair out at times girlwerewolf2xn.gif

Now, if the question is more complicated, then yes, it's better to post a new thread. There have been some questions here that I have no idea what the answer is. That's when I don't reply as I don't know.

So I managed to illicit some information from a lovely lady called Irene at the NVC today.

Essentially as a rule they tell people they only schedule during week 2 of a month, because they take each month as it comes and dependant on load for a particular embassy they do start earlier, but as ever it's fluid and the only rule they have is that it does start on the 2nd week on the month.

No real help- but she was empathetic and told me to keep callin and asking, incase.

Again, you are in the wrong forum. You need to ask in the forum about employment visas.

You are in a thread discussing Spousal Visas.

Hmm, that's interesting BUT... I've seen people get interview dates scheduled in the first week of the month... not just the second week and onward.

Did you tell them you are now have a green card and an LPR and not here on a work visa?

If not, you need to ASAP

If your case is in NVC all you can do is wait for the invoice then pay it and send in your forms and documents. Some people move faster than others. It depends on your country.

I guess that depends if they start at the tail end of the month prior... by the time they get their interview dates and communicate it out?

Who knows :-) Essentially though it could be all month long, I'm just happy for a bit more info and helpful operator!
