Hey guys, quick question - probably more for Saylin, but maybe someone else knows :-)

Since it is reported that NVC actually schedule interviews all month long, do they let you know as soon as its scheduled, or do you have to wait till the 2nd week of the month to find out the date?

Hum I thought in a case with dependants there was only 1 AOS fee to be paid, for the principal applicant. Maybe she actually went too fast?

alas, 'visa bill' != 'AOS bill', at all.

I'm sorry to disagree but I've seen multiple times here that only ONE AOS fee is to be paid in a case with a family application. It's the IV fee that has to be paid for each intending immigrant. Someone correct me if I'm wrong... Darnell anywhere?

however - the AOS fee bill will show up on EACH intending immigrant (by casefile #)

the two casefiles are not joined up at NVC.

It's a simple thing to request that the two casefiles be joined up, married together,

but it does take some time for this to happen,

as

there's always a queue, this one bit requires a human on a keyboard.

I'm gonna go totally right now...

Over here in sweden we celebrate the national waffle day today, it is what it sounds like a day when you eat waffles and I do think 90% of the population does it today. We also have the national cinnamon bun day later on... Is this anything that you do in other countries, my american hubby thinks we are well strange..

Is some trend now to have waffles with fried chicken here in USA. I've no idea which fusion group created this gastronomical delight - but it's almost as soul-satisfying as curry laska from Singapura.

We usually just put whipped cream and strawberry jam on ours lol

I just got my aos bill invoiced and paid it online yeterday..Will i still need to wait for my son's AOS bill invoiced or was he included in my AOS bill fee since he is my dependent?

great question ! Have the USCitizen Petitioner call in to NVC on Monday, ask that the two casefiles be joined up, married together, with a NVC Supervisor.

It's a southern thang (and since become more popular in New England)... we southerners will deep fry anything and do about anything to make it tasty. Waffles and chicken is the best thing since biscuits and gravy.

You waiting for an interview, I am waiting for a " case completed". I thought I was gonna have it last friday, NVC lost our joint sponsor proof of citizenship( copy of biographic passport page). I spent the whole weekend waiting for the checklist which didn t come. I will see what tomorrow will bring
