We are a weekend a part, it is hard to wait but we have have no choice. Stay positive, stressing out won't make it any better!

Woohoo! Got my NOA2 today. Without causing a riot - it came through in 7 business days. Another case that proves there is a separate queue for those USC's living abroad where there is no DCF.

Saylin can you now please add me to the spreadsheet - pretty please!

Good morning world! You guys are busy writing in here while I sleep. I don't even bother opening up the morning paper with my coffee anymore i just read this lol

Had recived some good news from my lawyer while sleeping too, I emailed her our nvc and iin numbers yesterday and she said she tried to log on there but of course no luck at paying yet. But she promised to log in everyday and pay as soon as it will let her,she is not sittong around waiting for some formal email from the nvc, and our papers will be sent over night when that day comes...I'm glad we're not stuck with some dumb lawyer like i read other people are on here

I still can't login to pay my AOS fee. Hopefully I will be able to login and pay later today. Then another one of those annoying weekends where the NVC is closed....wait...did I just knock weekends? :lol:

LOL you totally just knocked weekends. That's almost as sick as all of us begging to pay bills! What is this process doing to us?! :P

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

I finally received my case number and ITIN number from NVC today! However, the AOS fee has not been invoiced yet...

I am using a lawyer due our case being a bit complicated, but I still provided our email addresses anyway.

I'm not sure which one he filed with I'll ask him tomorrow.

His gross income is over the 125%, but his adjusted has been 1-2k less for the previous few years.

If he is self-employed he had to fill out a 1040, no 1040ez for us!

With that being said, his total income is going to be after his write offs for work. It is not going to match his 1099misc, unless he doesn't write anything off.

example for 2010:

My 1099misc total is $65,000.00

I wrote off my business expenses so my total income is $22,500.00

After I took my deductions my adjusted gross is $18,900.00

ITIN is an IRS number :P I think you mean IIN laughing.gif

Benefit of having a lawyer: both fees will be invoiced at the same time. No DS-3032 has to be sent in because of that.
