quick question! Can I fed ex or SHOULD I USPS this IV packet to NVC?

Does it really matter?

Don't you have an MEP case file # ?

If you have an MEP casefile #, yer required to.

If you have a CDJ casefile #, you can OPT IN to change it to MEP.

Saylin, just got the Ds3032 kit and AOS invoice email!!

This is excellent. Now the switch/trigger is ON at NVC. Have you trained up yer USCitizen Spouse (the Petitioner) on what to do at the online payment portal, or no?

I was able to submit my AOS packet electronically...So can I do the same for the IV packet?

Do you need the MEP EP instructions / guide / how to ?

I swear, I've not gone to law school at all, and I know better than most lawyers I see here

wei - there are no lawyers here - please not forget that, aye? :D

I'm getting the log in for on-line forms that says

"this number is not eligible for further processing at this time..." blah blah.. what concerns me is that the tab at the top of the browser says "Immigrant Visa- Login Fail"

Am I worrying over nothing?

Absolutely !!

When the USCitizen Petitioner receives the AOS FEE BILL in their email inbox, then NVC is ready to start processing the casefile. Until then? Expect this 'message' at the online payment portal.

Good morning world! You guys are busy writing in here while I sleep. I don't even bother opening up the morning paper with my coffee anymore i just read this lol

Had recived some good news from my lawyer while sleeping too, I emailed her our nvc and iin numbers yesterday and she said she tried to log on there but of course no luck at paying yet. But she promised to log in everyday and pay as soon as it will let her,she is not sittong around waiting for some formal email from the nvc, and our papers will be sent over night when that day comes...I'm glad we're not stuck with some dumb lawyer like i read other people are on here

well, you know the NVC Payment portal isn't ready yet, for your casefile.

The good news?

When the switch is ON, the IV and AOS fee bill will be available to pay AT THE SAME TIME, because of that G-28 filed ages past, with the I-130..

So it looks like everyone with a NVC received date around 3/12 got their case numbers this week :) Which is great news for me since I'm about a week behind you guys. I guess I can wait a little longer

3/9/12 NOA2 email (got hardcopy on 3/16)

3/19 NVC received case

3/30 Case number

4/3 AOS bill invoiced and paid (in process)

4/4 DS-3032 Accepted

4/4 AOS bill reads PAID

4/6 AOS package delivered to NVC
