I'm getting the log in for on-line forms that says

"this number is not eligible for further processing at this time..." blah blah.. what concerns me is that the tab at the top of the browser says "Immigrant Visa- Login Fail"

Am I worrying over nothing?

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

I got the same thing when I first logged into the form portion of the site. Only the next business day was I able to login.

I'm assuming your K1 was denied? :(

And yeah, I wish I had found this site earlier than I did. Might have helped me not getting denied the first time at the border in August 2010, and then wasting about $1000 on two flights mad.gif

Yes, our K-1 was denied. We got to filling out the forms for AOS and paid the fee. We were rejected because I did not make over the poverty line for my family size.

1. We didn't know there was such a thing, and the moron had my family size wrong anyway.

2. after the AOS rejection he told us "Sorry you're rejected" Didn't tell us anything to do to fix the situation. If I'd known we only had to get a joint-sponsor it would have been easy!

He then advised us "Get married and combine your assets" Ya... we all know it doesn't quite work that way.

Wow blink.gif That's really too bad you didn't know about this site. That was such a simple fix...

He was a fly by night 'immigration lawyer' preying mostly on the poor Mexican immigrant population in this town. He didn't know his a$$ from a hole in the ground. I feel for his poor 'clients' that may have been deported because of him.

That's horrible :( He should be the one deported somehow so he can stop ruining people's lives...

Sigh. I have the marriage cert now, scanned and on my computer. I swear I made so many copies of the passport but I didn't, because somehow I missed that. SIGH. :(

We had a similar issue with my husbands passport, I needed a copy of it to make our marriage legal over here, and he just took a pic of it with his phone and emailed it to me. When I printed it out it looked like an ordinary photo copy
