Yeap 100% understood.Thankssss. so much...................

Yay, glad you got it :) And you're welcome ^_^

[...]

What?! That's ridiculous. When I got a checklist earlier this month I found out about it through the AVR one day then got the e-mail the next day. I hope you get it soon!

Keep in mind, the AVR is a few days behind. So your checklist was probably generated a few days before you actually found out.

dimples, you need to learn how to reply to people properly :P You keep putting your response in the quote.

If you're replying to someone who has replied to multiple people, just remove the other replies and replace it with a [...] and leave what you're responding to. Then add your response below the quote

It's easier than trying to find your answer within a quote laughing.gif

I was calling NVC and DOS every single day :D Even when an operator told me to stop calling and wait until the second week of the next month, I persisted and kept calling. I wanted to know RIGHT AWAY when my interview was assigned.

Yes, if the AOS is showing as PAID on the site, then you can send in the AOS package.

If you're sending in tax transcripts, you do NOT need to include the tax returns and W2s. That's an overkill.

And you don't need the fee receipt; just the bar-coded cover sheet (as the first page).

i think it´s overkill too!

but then again, these stupid i-864 instructions say on the last page you have to send it (and i know a few pages earlier it says send transcripts OR tax returns) well, stupid instructions ;) I asked ppl on a german forum and they seemed to have sent in both. confused me even more. had hubby ask the NVC, they told him to send both...

so i really don´t care anymore at this point. we have it anyway... and as long as it doesn´t hurt our petition it´s just a little bit more paper we send in

Hello guys,

For those interested on Checklist email.

I just got it (on 3rd day since being generated).

and just now mailed the corrected I-864.

The instruction said to write case number on top right corner of each document, so i did that on all pages of I-864.

It also said to staple all the documents but i used a paper clip.

Also says that i haven't paid, but i did 3 days ago, so i'm just gonna ignore that.
