No worries! I just wanted to make sure you got it. I am waiting for the invoice online to reflect PAID, and then I'll be sending it out. I'm guessing since I paid yesterday at 4pm it should show as paid either today or tomorrow.

(You should be getting paid for this!!! :))

I really wish! I would be able to quit my part-time job and help others more often! But alas, that's not the case laughing.gif

And I promise I'll get to your PM soon. I definitely got it. Just haven't really had the time between school and work to respond to it headbonk.gif

saylin thanks much for the info..i will be updating my timelines once ive received a reply from the NVC people...wish me luck then and for our baby :help:

The rest of the email doesn't matter. I already told you it should mention choice of agent. Another member replied to you with what you should receive.

Maybe you should go to law school and become an immigration lawyer!

I was thinking about it when I moved here, but there's no law school here in town, so... that was a no-go.

Both require tax information (either tax transcripts or tax returns, schedules, and W2s).

And the employment letter and pay stubs are optional for both versions of the forms.

The only difference between the I-864 and I-864EZ is that the EZ one is shorter. If you're eligible to fill it out, I'd recommend it highly. My husband met the criteria, so we filled it out.

Thanks Saylin, This for is def. easier!!! You are awesome, as always!!!!

You're welcome :)

Correct, all originals plus original translations. Marriage certificate is a master piece. No need to translate your passport bio data page though (assuming that your name is written in Latin letters, based on your country of origin).

Congrats 1st.....No, call back and get the IIN# and try to login with both your Case# and your IIN#. When you call back ask for "Invoice Identification Number" don't try to abbreviate ; some reps (most of them) have no clue what a IIN# is. this way you will know when to expect AOS invoice when you see the error message" your case has been terminated". Get ready, this part will go fast.

This answer is to the best of my knowledge, as I received checklist for missing DS230 Part I:

Based on your choice of agent, the petitioner will receive all communication from NVC. Applicant is also called the beneficiary or the principal applicant. If you emailed DS3032 and it has been accepted, email correspondence will be the communication method.
