Q's: should i put "Attn. CMR (IV)"? or just leave it as it is "Attn. CMR"

in AOS, it had "Attn. CMR AOS"

Just leave it as is. If it was supposed to be CMR IV, then it would state so.

Hello,

When mailing DS-230 or I-864, do you guys staple the pages or just paper clip?

I've read so many different answers to this question till I call NVC and asked the Operator after reading on the State Departments website. The operator to me "I should write your case number in the upper right hand corner of every page of every piece except original certificates (birth, marriage, police etc.). For those you can write it on a post-it note and stick that on the Documents then Staple them together on the Top Left corner.

I guess you can use paper clips, but STaple is on the State departments website and told to me by the operator!

I just called NVC to see if they had assigned a case number yet and I was told by an operator named Jim that it was still in the mail room. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes. I will try again tomorrow.

If it's possible for you, I'd suggest calling around 5:00pm EST. That's when I used to call and I got through in less than 5 minutes.

Wondering if I should call to see if they recommend sending my AOS package again, since shortly after I sent it our payment was rejected. They haven't asked for it though, so aahhhh

Just got NOA2 so I'm new to this, but I called the NVC and figured I'd plug my number into the automated system just for kicks...but there is no automated system, it just asked me to wait for an operator. What's going on? Has something changed?

The automated system has been down for about two weeks. Whether this is a permanent change, we don't know.

They should still review the AOS package you sent. You might want to try calling and asking a few operators about this.

Yeah, since last week or the week before, the NVC number has gone wonky. A member was told by an operator that NVC is removing the AVR, but I'm not sure if I'd believe the operator or not...

prior = 2011, 2010, 2009.

I found out a solution. Her employment letter shows her YTD 02/10/2012 was 3244.98 Dollars. To know the total of bi week until this date i 3244.98 / 960 = 3.38 Bi week. Then i take the 23 bi weeks remained X 960 = 22080. At the end, 22080+3244.98= 25324.98 which is almost 26K. i will add 26,100 dollars in the form, does it sound good?

take the biweekly amount on her pay stub, 960 - multiply by 26.

Use that number instead of 26,100.

don't suffer from a math error - it may not get caught at NVC, but the CO will catch it, declare bull@*it, and start to smell around for other errors.
