No, it's not. As Saylin said, you've been accounted for in the first question. They've listed this option for people who are NOT applying for their spouses to come. So, if your visa was for your daughter, and your wife was already with you, THAT is when you'd use question C. In our cases, we're taken care of in question A. Make sense?

No, you put 0 in c. I already said, you've been accounted for in 1. It might not make sense, but that's how it is. Putting 1 in c really only applies in other visas (such as IR-5). Again, I repeat, put 0 in c. If you put a 1 in c, you WILL get a checklist.

I strongly urge you now to get someone else to go over the completed I-864. If you're making this small mistake (with the clear instructions at the beginning of that question), there might be others.

OK thank you, i will put 0, there are no other mistakes, this question is not as easy as you can imagine. i i filled the rpevious questions correctly, i had no problem to understand them

But it is an easy question. It states at the very top not to count anyone twice. You've already been counted in a, thus it only makes sense not to count you in c.

Despite what you think, I'd still suggest getting someone else to overlook the I-864, to make sure every line is filled in, to make sure everything is signed + dated where it needs to be, and that the answers are correct. It's amazing what a fresh set of eyes can catch.

It's the amount she currently makes. Use her most recent pay check stub.

If she gets paid bi-weekly take the gross amount (before taxes) and times it by 2, then times it by 12, and that is her current income for 2012.

OR

you can take her Gross Year To Date (YTD) amount on her check stubs and times it by 8 and that will give you an estimate too.

example:

4,000.00 gross pay for two weeks x2= 8,000.00 monthly gross pay x12= 96,000.00 estimated gross yearly pay.

No. Current means 2012, as in the current year.

I called this AM and got nothin. Maybe later

I talked to Ken today, very pleasant guy. He told me my case is being put into the system right now, he can not access it. With him not being able to see it, means there is a very good chance that a case number will be assigned soon. And to call back later today and he should have something for me.

I like Ken. He's about to become my new favorite person!
