It's alright to include just the tax transcripts. It's very much preferred by NVC over the tax returns and W2s.

Pay stubs and employment letters are optional.

1. Put none in 6 or 7. This question is applicable, the beneficiary can definitely have an alien number (I did) or SSN.

2. Yes, put Brazil if that's where your residency is. By the way, have you started looking for jobs and housing in the US yet? This is gonna be big at the time of the interview...

3. Yes, put 0 in c. I know it might seem weird, but for IR-1/CR-1 cases, that's how it is.

4. Yes, put 'N/A' for those boxes. You might want to look into filing the I-864EZ if you're eligible. It's a much shorter form

no, in manitoba that document means next to nothing, it's just the marriage license. the certificate is issued by vital stats once they get the license given to them by the minister, and that's all the license is good for. The certificate is all anyone cares about here.

Correct That long form is called marriage licence in Toronto as well.But i ordered it from online they asked me long form/short form.Anyway i give a copy of both.Thats for ur reply.Isn't Skype night is tonight?

That's strange, when I ordered our certificate they gave an option of the official certificate, a certified copy, or a ceremonial (fancy, non official but pretty to hang on the wall) kind. We went with the official certificate - will probably order the fancy one later Sounds like you have the certificate all lined up! Skype night is every night in our household...he's my best friend and we talk every day

Have no garden here - making a list of seeds I'd like my husband to plant for when I get there though! He's also got a few bonsai trees that he's going to try and start. I doubt they'll work but worth a shot...how about you?

just like the I-130 and other USCIS forms, none or NA is applicable, that is why they give both as options. i think this is the last of your concern :-)

One of the many things I love about Paraguay is that the soil is awesome for growing. We have a garden year round and all our veggies are home grown. Tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, carrots, eggplant, just to name a few. I had never gardened before coming here but it's definitely something we'll want to continue back in the States.
