I'm taking a break, gonna experiment a bit more with bacon drippings for this weekend's poutine gravy experimentation.

Yup, north of Laval, right on the St. Lawrence river :) And I believe Belle Province sells poutine, so I'm probably gonna buy it there as there's one right on the outskirts of Rosemere. Plus, I LOVE their hot dogs (I refuse to eat hot dogs anywhere else except there). I have SO much to eat in the few days I'm in Canada laughing.gif

Hopefully there will be a website somewhere that does mail-order...managed to find a way to get Tim Horton's so maybe? :)

If their hot dogs are anything like the ones I remember from Niagara Falls, NY...the Belle Province hot dogs will be incredible. Yum!
