LOL...I bet. I'm getting impatient and a little nervous about when I need to call them next...when's too soon if I wanted to call them later on today about a potential case number? :P

If you got NOA2 13 days ago you should call, they could have a case # for you.

If you got NOA2 13 days ago you should call, they could have a case # for you.

I've been calling twice a day since Monday (when they told me my case arrived). This morning (at like 7:30 AM) they told me "we're entering your case now, so I can't tell you anything more, it's unavailable." He couldn't even tell me the 10-20 days standard message. I'M SO EXCITED but nervous, and I don't want to call too soon! LOL :)

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

Saylin, :ot: .... for the ROC, who decide if you will have to get an interview or just get a 10 years GC renewed? and based on your GC through a USC marriage, would you be able to apply for N-400 after 3 or 5 years? :ot2:

I believe interviews for ROC are either chosen at random (or because of a specific location) or because something caught the eye of a reviewing officer. I'm not real sure, I haven't looked much into the interview portion yet of ROC; I just know the basics of the process. I still have about a year left for mine, so I haven't started the full research yet. Sorry :P

And if you came to the US on a visa, and are still married to the SAME person, then you can apply for naturalization (N-400) after 3 years of being a resident of the US.
