Sure, if you want.

I noticed that this morning. Was gonna post when we got to 100 pages, but I forgot laughing.gif

Only in your dreams :Profl.gif

Remember, AOS and IV are separate tracks, so it doesn't matter what your status of the AOS is at.

Now, my question for you, when did you submit the DS-261?

Submitted DS-261 on March 13th.

But I think I just re-signed it when I viewed it just now.

I hit "sign" again and now it sent out another confirmation...Did I screw up just now or could I have only signed it once?

Ah, that would make sense. I was thinking the delay might have been caused by NVC's mishap earlier.

If you want, after you pay all fees and submit paperwork, you can try an expedite request, saying that due to NVC's error, you wasted X amount of days for it to be fixed and you'd be grateful if the review was completed early and you were scheduled for an earlier interview date. Wouldn't hurt to try...

Good idea. Will do. Saylin you're awesome!

Well, being that it was just submitted two days ago, you have to let NVC get to it, approve it, and then invoice your bill. It might be invoiced by tomorrow.

As for the signing it again bit, I'm not sure how it works. I did something similar with the DS-260 when I was at NVC. I submitted the DS-260 once, then wanted to go back in and print the review sheets or something, then had to submit it again. Not sure if it re-submitted another one, or changed its place in the queue. Not exactly sure of the consequence of re-viewing/re-signing online forms.

Good idea. Will do. Saylin you're awesome!

Good luck!

Called NVC during lunch time. My RFE for IV has been cleared and been told CASE COMPLETE as of today!

I would expect an email of case complete from NVC, but the operator said no. And she won't say anything about the interview date either.

I interchangeably use package and packet. Both mean the same thing yes.gif

And until the DS-3032 has been accepted, the IV bill won't be invoiced.

It seems that lately, it's been taking quite a few days for the DS-3032 to be accepted. I'm sure you've noticed that with a few members in this thread. You should be getting your acceptance soon.

No, it takes a day or two (or more). So, you might get lucky and have it invoiced by tomorrow. But unfortunately, there's little chance you'll be mailing the IV package this week.
