Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

When he goes to the super market he always get me stuff I like without me asking for it :) (anchovies in vinegar.. which he hates.. goat cheese.. which he hates.. wine, etc)

He´s really cuddly and he´ll come hug me while I´m napping :)

He's really supportive

He's such a sweetheart

He always watches chick flicks with me, and lets me put on shows he´s not crazy about ( "Girls", "The Mindy Project"), but he doesn´t expect me to watch action movies with him in return

He always has dinner waiting for me when I get home at 10:30 pm.. and it´s delicious

My iphone got stolen when I was drunk one night, and he has let me use his good phone for the past two weeks while I get a new one (Meahwhile he uses an old crappy phone).

I love my wife for so many reasons both big and small.

I love how she puts family first above all.

I love her smile; I love her eyes and how they sparkle when she is surprised.

I love that she will not let me leave the house with a wrinkled shirt or a dirty mouth.

I love her simplicity and how she reacts when the sails are flogging and the lines are slack.

I love that she's jealous; she lets others know that we are together, our love not for show.

I love how she's childlike in our new life, with all our adventures never in strife.

I love her, I love her, my lover my wife, she's so very special best friends throughout life!

Thanks to who started this thread. "Don't be shy" was my insperation. My wife's been in Miami visiting family, and I'm sending this to her.

Yesterday I realized I was out of cotton wads for removing makeup. I went to the kitchen to add it to the shopping list and mentioned it to my husband as I was writing. Before I had finished the sentence he said: already got them! And pulled them out of his backpack. I was in shock. I LOVE HIM!

He sent a card to my mum on UK Mother's Day saying 'you raised a fantastic daughter and I love her very very much' and 'she is just an unbelievably wonderful woman'. I didn't ask him a card - it just happened to come up in conversation that Mother's day is in a different day in the Uk than the US. It touched me so much that he did that and is an indication of how toughtful he can be.

He tells me that he should have gone and bought a lottery ticket on the day he met me because he can't believe how luck he got that day. He just makes me feel like a million dollars.

The way he worries about me and cares after me. Even though I just felt lousy with a cold, he insisted I go to bed and looked after me. When I had tummy cramps once, he wanted to take me to hospital even though I told him it was just cramps.

The fact that he holds me so tightly against him as if he never wants to let me go.

The fact that he visibly surpresses how upset he is at the airport when I hsve to leave to try to make it easier on me. He then goes back to our apartment and cries into my dressing gown.

I love all the little things he does. I love how much he loves his children (in their 20s now) and how I listen to his side of phone calls and he always says 'I love you' at the end of the call.

I just love him so much and we can't believe how lucky we were to find each other in this crazy world - he is 64 and I am 50.
