Form DS-230 does not have Bar code, can we use the form downloaded from the website? Or we have to use the one which was sent in Packet 3?

How about the form I-134? I-134 has bar code. Can we pre-fill and send it to the fiance(e)? Or they will send us the form in Packet 3, we have to use that form only? In second scenario, it will add more time to the processing. Any ideas?

so long as it is the current version of the form then it doesnt matter where you get it from so you can download it from the embassy website. the only form that has a barcode is the DS-156 and that is filled in online anyway

AOS approved 3/29/13 after almost 10 months of waiting. No RFE's and no interview.
