HI everyone,

Yesterday I purchased a new flight ticket to return back to the U.S because my father is very ill. One day he is sick and the next day he isn't and I can't stay in Argentina until May knowing my father isn't okay. I'll be leaving March 19th but I'm really scared to get and RFE or problems because I filed my petition abroad but I used my U.S address but I submitted information of how I am abroad as proof of my bona fide marriage. Does this mean my petition will get denied?

you can go back and forth as you please. it is not problem. you just need to be at the embassy for the interview if you filed for direct consular filing.

oh no no I didnt do DFC because it's not available in Argentina. My petition was sent to the CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER. I used my 8 month stay in Argentina as proof of a bonafide marriage since Ive been here for 8 months
