Drove across from Canada you have to go into secondary and the K-1 visa has to be processed by CBP and she has to be admitted by them after processing. Also cost 6$ USD for the I-94.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Same thing for me (I crossed at Blaine, WA). Funny thing is, they told me I didn't need to bring my wallet into secondary because I didn't have to pay. However, I knew from VJ that I needed to pay $6 and brought my wallet anyway, knowing I needed it for the I-94.

I also brought all of my things with me and didn't have any problems.

You can't just show your passports and go. She will need to be processed and entered into the system. It is important that she will turn in her sealed envelope there, and receive an I-94. As was said, there is a small fee for that. The I-94 is important for her legal status(the K-1 visa is null and void the moment she uses it to enter the US) and needed for AOS as well.

When you get your visa packet, it will let you know which border crossing to take. It will be printed on the envelope. Then you can proceed with processing your K-1 visa. This applies to the border crossing for at Juarez. I don't know about the others such as Tijuana. It cost 6 pesos (each person) to leave Mexico and $6 for my fiancee to enter the US.
