hello VJ Members,,

I am under 221g,the consul who interviewed me was not satisfy of my husband's income so that he ask for a another sponsor..which is we found almost 2months and its my husband's friends..i already submitted the papers to the embassy..My worry is..are we going to have a problem still after submitting these docs..we submit the following;

I-864: for a joint sponsor

I-864a: from the joint sponsor(co sponsor)

they are joint taxes..

INCOME TAX RETURN: 2009,2010,2011

W2: 2011

DRIVER LICENSE

BIRTHCERTIFICATE..

Many ppl here got 221g for some additional document's... do not worry it's simple process.... it's take 1week to 3month.. in some case in more time. hope you will get a reply in a week.. i wish you good luck... God bless you.......

3 months???Omg i dont think it will take that long..i am CR1 Visa..hope that i will get my visa as soon as possible..

it does not matter what type of visa. Inmigrant visa and not., it takes the same time. 1 week or 6 months, some cases even 8 months. Good luck
