documents send after interview

My mother in law went for interview on 22nd Feb 2012, for immigrant IR5 visa. After the interview she was told that she need I- 864A and need nika nama in Urdu the older version. Her passport was kept by the embassy, and they told her that when you will send the document we will send you the visa via American express.When they were giving her checklist she asked the consular agent the this is admin processing paper she said no.I am giving you visa just send the document.

I am little confused. I send the document to the embassy today. I am little worried. that how long it will take them to issue visa.

It takes just a few weeks for them to review the documents you submit and put them with the case file... then once that's done it sounds like after that she will get the visa so maybe within 4-6 weeks....
