Nobody knows that she left and came back.She took the bus there ,and She walked thru and used her d.l. to get back in the US.No harm no foul to her.We were getting ready to file the next step,I believe the 601? We have not done that yet.As far as the notary thing,she is a notary.

She is most certainly not a notary; a notary has to A. be a US citizen or B. in the US legally and your wife is neither.

So A. she is not a notary and is lying to you or B. She is not a notary and you are lying to us because you are trolling us.

I personally think you are trolling us as your posts are extremely suspicious.

So my wife and I have been married for 5 years.She is here illegally. We got the i-130 done,and next was the 601.She has left the country against my advise.She has left me again, for the second time in last year or so.She says she wants to be done with our relationship,but dont want a divorce.Im thinking she is getting a inheritance from Mexico soon and wants to do the paperwork while we are married,behind by back so to speak.Im trying to do the right thing and help her,but dont want to be screwed over either.She leaving the country again, and having to wait months to get home has really hurt our family.Everytime she leaves it hurts all of us.She continues to work illegally,drive on license (that she got back in the day that you still could) is a notary,not having a tax number ect..I want her to stop all those things while the paperwork is getting done,but she wont!Thats part of the split-up problem that we have right now.If I decide to divorce her,can I stop the paperwork?Can I report her?Should I, is my biggest question.Anyways,any help or advise on what to do,would be helpful,thanks!

If it looks fishy and smells fishy, then guess what....it's fish. She is doing something very foul and I am sure whatever it is, it would be disapproving in your sight. I know this could never be easy but she's already gone whether she's there are not. Her mind, body, and soul are in a different place. I wish for everything to work out in your favor, it appears you are doing all that you can to make it work but obviously to no avail on your part. No harm no foul? actually, as pointed out earlier, this probably makes her inadmissible for life. The end.

Also, falsely filing papers for her because you want "to help" and not because you are in a real relationship comes with a $250,000 fine and up to 5 years in jail, for YOU. She told you she's going to leave you as soon as she gets her GC, and yet you proceed?

Well first,Iam telling it like it is,nothing fishy,but thanks!!lol Second she is a notary,and a "legal" one at that.She used it at work all the time,and still does.I read the notary thing to see if you had to be a citizen and it didnt ask that.Amazing what you can do with a dl,a notary in this state.Anyways,she didnt say she is leaving me once she gets a GC,heck she already left.She says she isnt ready to sign a divorce yet,wants to think about it!!lol So the scanning at the border is interesting,Ive never been and wasnt there when she came back.I was sending wire transfers while she was there,so I could if needed prove that she did cross.If they scanned her then they would know, and she'd be hanging herself-huh!We had a long relationship,and she never pushed getting her papers,just FYI.We only got married 5 years ago to do it and to do it for her son.She now is wanting to be on her own,but still wants help.She says she dont care if I divorce her and stop the paper work,she would just live in mexico if she had too,but I dont believe it.Im gonna walk away from this and let her hang herself.Walking away from a relationship and marriage to me,isnt right,and for that fact and the fact she wont do things the right way,she dosent deserve to become a citizen thru me.Dont get me wrong,I wasnt perfect,but I was a good guy to her and her son.Im now raising her sons 5 yo baby girl,my wife's blood grandbaby,and she walked out from that too.She still see's her,but its me who has been raising her for the last 4 years,and me who will continue.Its a long story,I could write a book!!Her son at 18 was waiting for us to complete thier paperwork and when it wasnt done instantly,he got mad and went to mexico to live.Was here from 7 to 18 and just left and went back.Now he is screwed on his paperwork and on being with his daughter.My lifes a mess,but I thank god for my little grandbaby,I love her so much,and she is what matters most to me.thanks for listing,Ill shut up now!!!lol
