Moving to the correct AOS from a family visa forum as this is a question about AOS forms not working and traveling during immigration.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

it depends on how your DS-3025 (vaccination sheet) is filled out. if it says "complete" or "incomplete" and "may be eligible for blanket waiver" then you shouldnt need to fill out the I-693. a few people have received an RFE at the interview asking for the I-693 but it is only a few people.

I-129F SENT............................................08/15/2011

NOA1 TEXT/EMAIL...................................08/22/2011

NOA2 TEXT/EMAIL. NO RFE.....................01/05/2012

NVC RECEIVED......................................01/21/2012

NVC LEFT...............................................01/24/2012

PACKET 3 RECEIVED..............................02/01/2012

PACKET 3 RETURNED.............................02/04/2012

MEDICAL................................................02/17/2012

DS-2001 MAILED.....................................02/23/2012

PACKET 4 RECEIVED..............................03/02/2012

INTERVIEW............................................03/14/2012 APPROVED

POE ATLANTA.........................................04/03/2012

AOS approved 3/29/13 after almost 10 months of waiting. No RFE's and no interview.

They don't want the dvd. The dvd is yours to keep or throw in the trash.

Include a copy of the vaccination paper you were given at your medical.

so long as your vaccinations are correct then you can just include a copy of the DS-3025. the I-693 should only be needed if you have been to a CS and the DVD is yours to keep

The i-693 will be in the sealed packet that you hand over when you do your POE. I just had a situation where my visa packet was lost and I was required to get a new medical in the US to complete AOS. Toronto refused to provide me a copy.

Different situation - if your packet and medical is not lost, most people get a copy of the vaccination work sheet from their medical in Canada and that is all you need to include as long as your vaccinations are complete.

Incorrect. The i-693 is done in the US. The medical paperwork in home country are different forms starting with: DS-3024, DS-3025 etc
