Can anybody tell me how to file for my child that just came in USA. When I filled the I864W form is says that: "Am under 18, unmarried, immigrating as the child of a U.S. citizen, and will automatically

become a U.S. citizen under the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 upon my admission to the United States". Now since my baby girl is here is she a citizen or not yet? I read about the N-600 form but for me right now is to much money. Can I apply only for a US Passport?or she is not entitled to apply for a US. Passport without applying for N-600 first??

I have to tell you guys she is 17 months old and her Mom is not a US citizen. She came here with IR-1 visa therefore she only has a green card.

If anybody can help me with my situation will be highly appreciated.
