Hi,

I'm a naturalized US Citizen now from Palawan. My hubby and I have been working through the paperwork to bring my parents to the US as permanent residents.

We're almost there. My parents have been granted an interview in Manila for March 9. Exciting, right?!!!

We are designated as the agents for the communication about my parents' case. We got the interview letter emailed to us in PDF format and have read through the information - it all looks great.

Well, now that its a week before the interview and my parents down in Palawan have not received any kind of documents about the interview. When I got married to a US Citizen, there was a packet mailed to the beneficiary of the visa (me) so we expected my parents to get the same kind of letter or something.

Did the packet get lost or do they do everything electronically these days, maybe???

PS: We called the MNL embassy and basically got no answer and could not get through.

Is it time to panic yet???? :-O

Any help appreciated!
