For Concurrent I130 I485 does my wife need to send her Birth Certificate . She is naturalized US Citizen. For Proof of US Citizenship she is sending here passport and natuaralization certificate.

Does she still need her Birth Certificate to be send in I130 application ?

Thanks

US Birth Certificate is to establish citizenship by born. If she was naturalized, passport biographical page and naturalization certificate is okay.

What visa are you adjusting from? Nvm, I found another post by you stating H1B. You should be posting in the other forum. An organiser or Mod will move your current posts to the appropriate location

Hi I am adjusting from H1b and doing concurrent I130 and 485

US Birth Certificate is to establish citizenship by born. If she was naturalized, passport biographical page and naturalization certificate is okay.

Thankyou very much for info.

SO does that mean I do not need to send her Birth Cerificate for 130 or I 485.

Thanks again

She doesn't need to include it.

Think it through. The whole point of including it would be to prove citizenship - if she wasn't born in the US it doesn't prove anything.
