Hello Everyone.

I am a green card holder and I am trying to sponsor my mother through my wife because I do not work (I am a student) and my wife makes good money plus we have some savings. I am trying to use the I-134 to do the work. My questions are as follow:

- DO both my wife and I need to fill up this form?

- When she fills up the form under section 2:I am ____and I have reside in the US since____ what, what does she need to write knowing that she always lived here.

- If I have to fill up this form also, what to put under section 7?

Id really appreciate your help

A greencard holder cannot petition for his mother, you have to wait till you are a citizen.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

A Green Card holder cannot petition a mother, and a USC cannot petition a mother-in-law.

true,,maybe they should start allowing this
