Oh man, I wanted see those guys before ole' Billy Gibbons checks out or decides no longer tour. Billy Gibbons can sure make that guitar talk.

I have a list of performers I want/wanted to see before it's too late, ZZ Top, BB King and Ray Charles. Well, I scratched Ray from the list long ago.

Seen ZZ Top maybe 35-40 times and I never tire of them. Check them out if given a chance. Gibbons Brown Sugar is maybe the best.good.gif

Seen BB King many years ago and he is a treat. My babes first concert when she first came to the states was ZZ Top. Tod her we are going to see them again soon.

Fort Bliss is on another planet and the rest of the El Paso area is like that. Half the time, you weren't sure if you were in the US, wall-to-wall Luftwaffe and NATO personnel and the locals, it was a nice place, though.

I like El Paso for it is my maker when driving back from seeing family in Texas and Louisiana. I know then I have roughly 11 1/2 hours more to get home. El Paso is gas-n-go for me, although I have a brother there.

Yeah I just gotta make a point to see BB with his beloved Lucile perform, before the diabetes gets the best of him. It's my goal to see ZZ Top perform, I love "Legs," "Sharp Dressed Man" and "Got Me Under Pressure."
