its so disappointing knowing that u can't be with your man too soon coz u need to undergo sputum test .,i just need more advices on what to do i need to undergo sputum test and that will start tomorrow.,i don't think i am sick no one in my family have tb i had asthma when i was a kid..,i really hope and pray its negative i can't wait to be with my man..,pls pray for me..

Maybe you were exposed with people having that kind of illness. Or maybe when you had your medical exam you hve cough. Are you a chain smoker? If yes, maybe that's one of the reason.

drink lots of milk... that's what i heard when a friend of mine who also got her sputum test over and over

i don't smoke and yeah i had slight cough that time was so confused and worried till now

milk doesnt have to do anything with tuberculosis--- from a nurse

milk doesnt have anything to do with chest xray. lets just hope that the result is negative.

yup i had before 5 years ago and its negative..,i meet friends at st.lukes they undergo sputum test too and they had xray a month before their xray and its all negative..

Cough is not the reason for sputum test. I had cough during my medical , i smoke and drink any kind of alcohol but my result was negative. Din't undergo the sputum test ...just keep praying hope it'll be negative

Depends on how long the cough was and what the cause of the cough was, could be bacterial which could lead to fibrosis (scarring) which is something they'll make a big deal of. Anyhow, glad to know that there are cases like yours haha I'm goin crazy over the medical cuz of the possibilities of the delay which is 2 months IF they'll require you to have a sputum test (bummer). Congrats for passing your medical though, i'm relieved somehow now even though I don't smoke and drink haha and you're right, just gotta pray and leave it up to Him hehe

im now waiting for my culture test and st.lukes told me to call them on april 30..,and Thanks be to God got negative result sa smear test q.,cultute nalang talaga kulang hayst tagal pa ng april 30..
